To guarantee a strong magnetic hold and full charging speeds, your phone case must be MagSafe or Qi2-compatible. Standard plastic, silicone, or leather cases without built-in magnets will weaken the connection and are not recommended.

While newer Samsung devices support Qi2 charging, they do not feature built-in magnets. You must use a magnetic case to mount the following devices:

  • Articulating Arm: Die cast & powder coated aluminum with molded plastic thumbnut. Stainless steel hardware in black oxide finish.
  • Holder: Precision machined aluminum body with black anodized finish. Ultra thin grippy molded elastomer with thermally stable 3M adhesive. High force  magnets arranged in MagSafe pattern.
